Engineered
for Elevation.
A vaulted lounge where museum-grade ventilation, architect-designed zones, and a curated strain menu replace the cocktail bar — permanently.
The air is part
of the design.
Most spaces manage air. Canopy engineers it. Our HVAC system runs at 12 air changes per hour — six times residential code — drawing smoke upward through a ceiling plenum before it reaches the person sitting across from you.
MERV-16 filters capture particles down to 0.3 microns. Real-time CO₂ sensors trigger supplemental fresh-air injection when occupancy peaks. The result: air that smells like the forest outside, not the session inside.
Three zones.
One continuous atmosphere.
The floor plan was designed by a hospitality architect who spent three months studying how smoke moves through a room before drawing a single line.

Social Tables
Communal oak tables under pendant clusters. Designed for conversation — wide enough to spread out, intimate enough to stay in one.

Solo Alcoves
Carved into the north wall. High-backed leather seating, individual reading light, personal ventilation nozzle you can aim yourself.

Garden Terrace
An enclosed outdoor room with a retractable glass roof. Open to the sky in summer, heated and sealed in winter. The air here is just air.

Before you arrive,
you should know this.
Canopy is a legally operated, professionally staffed consumption lounge. It is not a pop-up, not a grey-market social club, and not a dispensary with a back room. It is a room we built with care, and we run it the same way.
You must be 21+ to enter. Government ID required at door. Reservations held for 15 minutes.
